Privacy note
CMT Association hosts the challenge platform. Edept runs the Conquest Tech Olympiad 2026, including registration and consent.
What the platform stores
- Your Edept ID.
- Your first name.
- Your email address (the one you registered with Edept).
- Your answers in the rounds.
- Your test runs and your sealed fund.
- Your scores.
The platform does not store your surname, school, phone number, age or address. Your access code is stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the code.
Who holds the rest
Edept holds all your other personal data and consents, collected on its registration form.
The platform sends no email. Edept sends every email about the challenge, including your access code.
In your browser
A cookie keeps you signed in. Your learning-pack ticks and your last sandbox rulebook are saved in your own browser only; they never reach the platform.
Who can see your data
- Edept helpdesk staff can look up your account status to help you. They see no scores before results are published.
- The judges see the funds and answers of the finalists they assess.
- CMT Association's platform team runs the platform and the scoring.
When it is deleted
All data on the platform is deleted 12 months after the event, unless Edept and CMT Association agree otherwise.
